Description
Between 2021 and 2022, THINK GLOBAL has provided technical support to HelpCode in adapting its internal administration and finance processes to face the new challenges of their international projects, together with a review of the organizational model, including all the support services.
A participative approach and an extensive use of the responsibilities’ matrix (RACI) have guided the entire path in an integrated agile perspective.
