Description

THINK GLOBAL conducted the mid-term and final external evaluation of the project “Promoting Inclusive and Sustainable Development through Training, Business and Work – FIL”, implemented by ENGIM ETS in Mali.

The project aimed to strengthen inclusive livelihoods through vocational training, entrepreneurship support, and employment pathways, promoting sustainable economic opportunities within vulnerable communities.

Applying OECD-DAC criteria and a Results-Based Management (RBM) framework, THINK GLOBAL assessed relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and impact. Through field missions, stakeholder consultations, and performance analysis, the evaluation provided evidence-based findings and strategic recommendations to enhance program quality, inclusiveness, and long-term livelihood sustainability.
