Description
Claudio Gatti, one of the funding members of THINK GLOBAL, acted as Hospital Manager and he has been responsible for the Long Term Development & Sustainability Plan of the hospital and its network of satellite clinics; he has supervised the project on different areas (from General Management, Administration and Supervision, Technical Coordination, to Space planning & Biomedical planning and Maintenance Programming) of the state-of-the-art cardiac centre, with 3 OT, 15 beds ICU, Cath-Lab. The hospital has also Pediatric Satellites Clinics in Port Sudan, Nyala, CAR.
A modern compound for the accommodation for international staff was constructed under the supervision of THINK GLOBAL’s COO, Claudio Gatti, and the tender procedure was finalized.
