Description
The objective of this project from 2017 was developed by THINK GLOBAL in close collaboration with Ngali Holdings management, working with a pool of experts and consultants, following Ngali commitment and vision. Its objective aimed to have a relevant and assessable impact on the National and Regional economy and public health.
THINK GLOBAL developed, first a Prefeasibility Plan, followed by a Full Feasibility Plan and a Business Plan. The Feasibility Study observed how the Intra Vein Production Plant would produce Intra Venous Fluids with the objective to cover at least 80% of the domestic market’s needs and to expand in the foreign market.
Thanks to the Full Feasibility Plan, an excellent Production Plant’s implementation was reached, through the designing the functional layout and area Plant, Procurement Planning, respecting Standard Quality of excellence.
