Description
Equipment and Start-up of a Pediatric Clinic (2.000 s.m.) in Hargeisa, with 50 ward beds, Lab, Isolation, OPD, training facilities and general services.
The clinic works in close collaboration with the MoH and the local Group Hospital.
The project has represented a typical case of turnkey project.
All the Tendering procedures, Vendor Qualification activities and Purchasing Procedures drafting have been followed from the Design up to the Start-up.
Pharmacy set up has involved a complete market survey in the whole country (Somaliland, 4 million people).
