Description

THINK GLOBAL members have received a mandate from the World Health Organization (WHO) at the Kabul headquarters to review the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) management system and provide capacity building for international and local staff. This strategic mandate aims to redefine existing processes and procedures to make them more efficient and effective in the context of monitoring healthcare projects in Afghanistan.

One key aspect is the training and enhancement of skills for personnel involved in healthcare project monitoring. THINK GLOBAL will closely collaborate with WHO to provide targeted training, enabling more effective task performance. The main goal is to ensure that the staff can successfully implement the new processes and procedures, thus significantly contributing to the improvement of the quality of healthcare services in Afghanistan.
