Description
THINK GLOBAL is conducting the mid-term and final external evaluation of the project “AlimentAcción”, implemented by COE – Associazione Centro Orientamento Educativo ETS in Guatemala.
The project focuses on food security and nutrition within indigenous communities, aiming to strengthen sustainable livelihoods, improve nutritional outcomes, and enhance resilience among vulnerable rural households.
Applying OECD-DAC criteria and a Results-Based Management (RBM) approach, THINK GLOBAL assesses performance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and alignment with food security objectives. Through field assessments, stakeholder consultations, and indicator verification, the evaluation provides evidence-based findings and strategic recommendations to support adaptive management and long-term community resilience.
