Description
In 2024, THINK GLOBAL was entrusted with the mid-term and final external evaluation of the WASH project “Amazi Meza (Acqua Buona)”, implemented by MLFM in the rural Cell of Busetsa, District of Gatsibo, Rwanda.
The project aims to improve sustainable access to safe drinking water and strengthen inclusive sanitation and hygiene conditions for over 8,500 residents, with particular attention to vulnerable groups and school communities. Core components include the construction of water systems, upgrading of school sanitation facilities, capacity building of Water Users Committees, and community-based hygiene and menstrual health promotion.
THINK GLOBAL assesses performance, governance, and progress against indicators through field missions, infrastructure verification, and stakeholder consultations, providing evidence-based findings and strategic recommendations to enhance institutional ownership and long-term sustainability of WASH services.
