Description
THINK GLOBAL has been appointed to design and implement a comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) capacity strengthening programme for the Ministry of Health in the State of Palestine.
The programme aims to enhance institutional capacities for planning, monitoring and evaluating health programmes and services through a Results-Based Management (RBM) approach. Activities include the assessment of existing M&E systems, development of standardized monitoring and evaluation protocols, capacity building for central and decentralized MoH staff, and support to improve data collection, analysis and reporting processes.
The programme contributes to strengthening evidence-based decision-making and improving the accessibility, quality and performance of health services.
