Description

THINK GLOBAL conducted the mid-term evaluation of the project “Multisector Emergency Response and Crisis Resilience to the Conflict-Affected Populations in Cabo Delgado”, implemented by Action Against Hunger (ACF) in northern Mozambique. The evaluation assessed the performance of a multi-sectoral humanitarian intervention targeting Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), returnees, and host communities.

The project integrates WASH, Agriculture, Economic Recovery and Market Systems (ERMS), Health and Nutrition, and a Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM). THINK GLOBAL’s evaluation focused on relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability, providing evidence-based findings and operational recommendations to support adaptive programming and strengthen resilience in conflict-affected contexts.
