Description
THINK GLOBAL provided strategic consultancy to Chaîne de l’Espoir to support the assessment and development of future health programming in Afghanistan.
The assignment focused on conducting a needs assessment and strategic analysis of the health sector, with particular attention to maternal, child and specialized care services. The work aimed at identifying priority intervention areas and supporting the definition of a coherent programme framework aligned with the evolving humanitarian context.
Based on the findings, THINK GLOBAL supported the preparation of a strategic roadmap and project proposal to guide the development of future health initiatives and strengthen access to essential health services for vulnerable populations.
