Description
THINK GLOBAL has been responsible for fund raising, securing the necessary funds to start-up the Health Clinic.
Upon securing of funds, Think Global has been assigned as Project Manager for the start-up of the Health Clinic.
Among the different activities – which took place during 12 months – THINK GLOBAL oversaw:
-the negotiation with the property owner for the lease agreement,
-the complete renovation of the property (works and supplies),
-the recruitment of the healthcare and non-healthcare staff,
-the authorization to operate,
-the development and implementation of the clinic’s operating procedures.
