Description
Project Coordination of the 3-years strengthening project of the Saint Francis Referral Hospital in Ifakara, Morogoro region.
The 3,3mln USD project involves Biomedical, ICT and general equipment Planning and Procurement, Design & Build for the rehabilitation works, HMIS deployment, HR Policies review.
THINK GLOBAL has been in charge, since late 2017, to coordinate all the activities, including Procurement and Tendering Procedures and consultants’ selection.
THINK GLOBAL, as project coordinator, plays a fundamental role in coordinating all the project stakeholders (MoH, Local Authorities and communities, Hospital Management, Donors).
