Description
THINK GLOBAL carried out third-party monitoring of the AGROPEC Initiative in Niger, funded by AICS. The assignment provided independent oversight of project implementation within the Agri-Business and Livelihood sector, ensuring accountability, transparency, and compliance with donor requirements.
The monitoring activity assessed implementation progress, outputs delivery, and adherence to operational standards. Through field verification, performance tracking, and compliance review, THINK GLOBAL supported evidence-based reporting and contributed to strengthening implementation quality and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
By providing structured and independent monitoring, THINK GLOBAL enhanced program governance and supported informed decision-making for public sector stakeholders.
